O-Shot - $750
The O-Shot™ restores women's sexual sensations
The O-Shot™ is a revolutionary approach to restoring the sensations you’ve lost or perhaps never experienced.
The O-Shot™ is an all-natural, painless and non-surgical procedure to restore and revitalize vaginal and clitoral function, providing dramatically improved sensitivity and significantly enhancing sex drive.
This is accomplished by injecting platelet rich plasma found in your blood near the clitoris and the vaginal wall (after the area is thoroughly numbed). The PRP’s (platelet rich plasma) then release several growth factors to stimulate growth and repair, activating localized stem cells. The result is increased sensitivity and improved overall sexual health. Patients report increased sexual desire and improved ability to achieve orgasm.
The O-Shot™ procedure begins with a simple blood draw. Then, using a proprietary technique, the growth factors in platelet-rich plasma (PRP) are extracted from your blood sample and injected into an area near the clitoris and into the area of the upper vagina important for sexual response (the O Spot) using a patent-pending procedure.
Because these areas have been numbed with a local anesthetic cream, patients experience little or no discomfort during the procedure.
Patients report:
-
Improved vaginal lubrication
-
Increased libido
-
Stronger and more frequent orgasms
The entire process is virtually painless, takes less than 30 minutes, is conducted in our convenient Northport office and the results are immediate.

Allegra Wellness is proud to offer the Priapus Shot, a revolutionary approach to helping erectile dysfunction and improving sexual function for men. The results from this brief procedure are dramatic, immediate and long-lasting.
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments have been used safely and effectively for many years in dentistry and recently orthopedic surgery, aesthetic medicine and now sexual medicine to harness the repair power of your own blood to turn back the aging clock.
There are many medications available to effectively treat erectile dysfunction but none as safe as PRP. Most ED medications affect blood flow and therefore will facilitate erection, but they do nothing to rejuvenate and regenerate penile tissue. Rejuvenation of the penis means benefits such as improved blood flow increase sensitivity, better sexual performance and stamina to name a few.
Since the patient’s own blood is used to rejuvenate, using PRP also alleviates the risk of allergic reaction or sensitivity. PRP contains growth factors which stimulate the body to repair and restore tissues using the body’s own natural processes. There are no known risks of using PRP in this way.
The natural serum that produces these effects is known as Platelet Rich Fibrin Matrix, or PRFM. The treatment takes about 15 minutes to perform using a tiny needle (a topical anesthetic makes the process virtually painless), the resulting benefits typically include tissue growth that increases the length and girth of the penis, growth of new blood vessels and improved circulation within the penis, stronger erections, increased sensation and pleasure. The treatment uses the patient’s own enriched blood enriched plasma, it is non-allergenic and free of harmful side effects.

How does it work?
The Priapus Shot involves injecting platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the penis to stimulate the growth of new blood vessels and promote the healing of damaged tissue.
The O-Shot involves injecting platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the area around the clitoris and the front wall of the vagina. The procedure is intended to stimulate the growth of new blood vessels and cells, which may improve sensitivity and arousal.

-
Does it hurt?uring the treatment, it is common to feel mild stinging or burning while the solution is in contact with the skin. Following a peel, your skin may appear red, feel tight or be mildly irritated. Collectively, most clients report only mild discomfort during and after the procedure. For more intensive chemical peels, moderate swelling and dryness may occur and in rare cases blistering.

-
What do I do when my skin starts peeling? We recommend you do not pick or pull at the dead skin and allow the skin to slough off naturally at its own pace. For more rapid peeling you can choose to forgo the use of moisturizers; however, if this becomes too uncomfortable moisturize to your comfort level. Once the peeling slows you can reintroduce moisture ideally with a product containing Hyaluronic acid.
